An old wives’ tale is that you can strengthen and improve your nails by eating a cube of jelly every day. I think this is a pretty enjoyable way to take care of yourself, so I tried it for a few weeks.
As a sufferer of Psoriasis, the nails can become brittle, marked, thin and easily broken. So any natural way to look after them is a plus for me. So, after 2 weeks I can definitely say that my nails improved. They are shinier, harder and most importantly stronger.
